  • 4SF Class Assembly

    Thu 28 Jun 2018

Our final class assembly of the year turned out to be an absolute cracker! It was 4SF’s turn to entertain the rest of the school and they certainly did so. They retold the story of a hapless legion of Roman soldiers, stationed in the strange, cold and remote province of Britannica. Their unhappiness with the miserable weather and even more miserable food was matched only by their fear of the locals! Unfortunately, even their aquila and sacred chickens could not save them from being defeated by the celtic hordes and their trusty allies – the three bears! It was a fantastic performance, full of amazing acting, dazzling costumes, wonderful singing and a smattering of dodgy jokes...

    Well done 4SF!

  • Pirbright Has Talent

    Wed 27 Jun 2018

Pirbright Has Talent took to the stage on a very hot and sweaty Monday afternoon this week. As always, the talent on display was incredible and included magicians, gymnasts, musicians, singers and dancers.

A selection of acts will be performing at the summer fayre this Saturday at 2.45pm.

  • Sports Day

    Wed 27 Jun 2018

Last Friday, we held our annual Sports day and Family Lunch bonanza. The weather was fabulous and all the children and parents, grandparents, friends and relatives that came to cheer them on were all in great spirits. Some of the Year 6 children provided the commentary and entertainment throughout the day and all the children showed true Pirbright values with their resilience, perseverance and respect.

The atmosphere during the day was very relaxed and there was some fabulous singing and dancing displayed during Family Lunch.

The winning team overall was Delphinus, with Phoenix coming in a very close second place.

    Well done everyone!

  • Year 2 Trip to Littlehampton

    Wed 27 Jun 2018

Last week the lovely Year 2s headed off to Littlehampton for the day as part of their topic of seaside studies. A fabulous day was spent building sandcastles, making sand drawings, playing beach games, sketching the scenery and of course the obligatory chips, ice creams and paddling.

The sun even put in an appearance at the end of the day!
