PERMISSION TO CYCLE/ WALK TO AND FROM SCHOOL
If you wish to allow your child to cycle/walk to and from school unaccompanied, please complete the following permission form as soon as possible. Your child should not cycle/walk to school until you have completed the form. The safety of children is our prime concern and we ask for your full co-operation in this. We insist that all cyclists wear a helmet when cycling to and from school. the link is below and if you click on it, it will take you to a Google Form to complete.
