Pirbright Village Primary School Parent Consultation Online Video Meetings

Instructions:

1: Click on the link for your child's class at the time you booked the appointment.

2: You will be transferred to Microsoft Teams, where you can choose to attend the meeting via your Teams app (if you already have it) or via the browser you are using. 

3: You may be asked to give the browser permission to use your built in camera and microphone, please agree to these requests or the meeting will not work.

4: Please enter your name and click Join Now.

5: You may need to wait in the lobby and be admitted by the class teacher, they will be made aware that you are ready and waiting and will conclude their previous meeting quickly.

6. Not all classes have online appointments booked.
