School Improvement Plan
At Pirbright we are always striving to be the best we can be and this does not stop with the children. As a school we want to ensure that the curriculum and opportunities we provide are relevant and dynamic. Our leadership system is designed with this in mind. All our staff are split into one of three School Improvement Teams (SITs); each of these teams is led by a member of the leadership team. The leadership team is made up the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, 3 Senior Leaders, SENCo and the School Business Manager.
Each year, the leadership team review the previous year’s priorities and then set out the priorities for the following year. We break these down under three headings - “Learning”, “Pastoral” and “Community”; each member of the team takes on aspects of the plan as part of their teaching role within school. All our projects are driven to achieve our Mission Statement.
