At Pirbright we encourage our children to work hard during the school day and want them to take on as many opportunities they can whilst with us. As part of our commitment we run a huge array of school clubs for children to participate in. The school-based adults at Pirbright give up their time freely to run these clubs during lunchtimes and we invite external providers into use the vast facilities we have and provide opportunities for children after school. 

The clubs list changes on a termly basis, but is usually published at the beginning of each term. Parents can peruse the list with their children and make their choices before the booking system goes live on Scopay. Clubs tend to go live between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on a set day that is announced when the list comes out. You will need to make sure you have our logon ready as clubs are issued on a first come, first served basis. There is a small charge for Pirbright-based clubs (usually around £1 per week) and this charge helps the school replenish its resources. External providers manage their own admissions to their clubs which is published by the school alongside our own clubs provision.
