The Reception Nativity

We have been overrun with ticket requests for shows and are now confident that after four weeks of talking about it in the newsletter, all families have had the chance to get their requests in - we are officially sold out for all of the shows. All families that have requested tickets have got them; not all families have got "extra" tickets. 

Key Stage 1

All requests have been fulfilled today for families who have not had tickets yet. Of the extra requests, we were able to fulfil some of them (first come first served) but there were a small number that were not allocated. All of the families who missed out today, already have tickets and were requesting extra ones. 

Key Stage 2 

As we knew, and was communicated last week, we were only guaranteeing 2 evening tickets for families and the extras a) needed to be applied for from Friday 28th November until this morning at 8am and b) there would be a criteria for allocation as we would have too many requests. The criteria was...

1.  Families that have not had any tickets yet (hopefully these are few and far between!).

2.  Families with children in Year 6 (it's their last hurrah and they are the main cast).

3.  First come-first served on the rest. 

We were able to fulfil all of criteria 1 and 2 but only a small number of criteria 3. We did our best. 

Ticketing HQ is officially closed for the season and will need some time to recover ready for next year. All the tickets have been allocated and there are none left. We would recommend checking Ebay, Parents' WhatsApp or the general Pirbright Black Market if you need anything else!
